I’m 36, a mom of two, and I live on a small farm in Central Oregon. My path into this work wasn’t especially neat or conventional. It’s been lived, studied, questioned, broken apart, and rebuilt more than once, and I think that’s a big part of why I connect so deeply with people who find me when they’re standing in the middle of their own complicated chapter.

Before Haven, I worked in Social Work and earned my QMHA while working closely with people experiencing homelessness. That work changed the way I understand people, survival, trauma, resilience, and what it actually means to hold space for someone without judging the life that brought them there. It taught me that people rarely need another person telling them who they should be. Sometimes they need someone willing to sit beside them, pay attention, and help them find their way forward.

I’m a certified Reiki II practitioner with more than 15 years of experience, and I’ve been reading tarot professionally for the past six years for clients across the United States and internationally. About five years ago, I experienced a Kundalini awakening on the Oregon coast that completely changed the trajectory of my spiritual life and brought my psychic abilities into much sharper focus.

Since then, I’ve studied with spiritual mentors and explored a wide range of spiritual and religious traditions. I’m fascinated by the places where different belief systems intersect, and I don’t believe spirituality has to fit neatly inside one box to be meaningful. My practice today includes psychic tarot, Reiki, intuitive and channeled work, and pendulum readings using a spirit board, including work centered around Angels, the Higher Self, and Oversoul.
I take this work seriously, but I don’t believe spirituality has to be painfully serious. You can be healing and still be funny. You can be deeply intuitive and still swear. You can want spiritual growth and also want great sex, more money, wild success, real love, a beautiful home, and a life you’re genuinely excited to wake up to. Wanting more doesn’t make you less spiritual. Sometimes wanting more is exactly what gets you moving again.

That’s the heart behind Haven. I’m not here to turn you into some perfectly healed, permanently peaceful version of yourself. I’m here to meet you in the life you’re actually living, help you hear yourself more clearly, and remind you that even after the chapters that knock the wind out of you, you’re still allowed to be hungry for whatever comes next.
